"Am a Hilton Honors member, was supposed to have 2 bottles of water in the room. None was there, on my wsy out for a dinner date I stopped by the front desk and mentioned this....they said they'd put 2 in the room. Didn't happen...disappointed!!"

"There was a resort charge per day which was described as a credit. Our one “free” night ended up costing over $118 due to the charge plus charges for breakfast and the market which we had been told were credited to the mandatory charge. It was confusing and not well explained. And it made no sense."

"This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience "

"私の部屋は4階でしたがエレベーターが無いので大きな旅行カバンの持ち込みは大変だと思います。トイレとシャワーが共用なので最大5部屋の人と使う事と成ります。これは古いホテルに泊まる条件みたいなものでこれも楽しむ気持ちがない人はおすすめ出来ません。 困ったのはシャワーがお湯が出なかった事です。 仕方なのでタオルで身体を拭いて我慢さました。"
