"This hotel is so friendly. It's a very small hotel that trips you like a member of their family. Fair warning, the single rooms that don't include breakfast are low budget. it's a closet, but once I upgraded (<$50 a night for the upgrade) it was a double bed, nice bathroom, and it included the breakfast (which is nice). The biggest thing this hotel has going for it is the staff! I arrived at 3am, and they knew when I was I going to get there, and they were waiting for me . They serve...

"Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was perfect for our family’s week stay in Quito. Very clean and comfortably furnished. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was perfect, so convenient to have in our apartment. "

"The property feels safer than any I’ve been it. The interior design is upbeat and unlike your average hotel. Great bedding, great tree top view allowed us to be entertained by mourning doves and hummingbirds. The breakfast was average for this area: eggs, fruit, fruit juice with or without sugar. In house roasted coffee. The manager and staff were efficient and friendly. We particularly liked Fernanda, the woman who served us breakfast on day one off three."
