"The hotel is very nice. Clean, attractive and attentive staff. Enjoyed how quiet the rooms are and the fireplace is very pretty. Good location. The restaurant is okay. Not the best food in town and very expensive."

"Hotel Jackson was ideally located in the center of Jackson, easy walking to restaurants and sites. Lux appointments throughout the property and staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities (gym, spa) were very nice as well - highly recommend if you're looking for a 5 star in downtown area."

"The hotel is within walking distance of Town Square so that was nice. The main lobby closes overnight so if you need anything you have to go elsewhere. The room was clean and convenient to access. One of the hot tubs was broken and we got locked out of the pool/spa area because the key card system was down. Not sure it was worth the price per night but the staff was kind enough to help add an extra day for one of the members of my party who had to change flights last minute."

"This place was so cute and had all sorts of things on site including a bar, ice cream, burger food truck stand, pool and walking distance to the downtown area. The rooms were retro but had been recently upgraded and were clean and nice. The only negative I have to say is at check in my staff person was lovely but the other was short and not very nice to other guests. Not sure what was going on."

"The property is new, clean and well maintained, some of the staff members are very nice and helpful, but if you are looking to stay in an hotel, this is not an hotel and overpriced for what offers. Reception closed for the night and they did not have a concierge. I am sure Hotel Anvil is a better option from the same group. Also disappointed with the fact that the loft room didn’t have a Closet and the room is very very tiny. They did bought me a rack to hang my clothes tho, after i pointed...
