"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. "We stayed here one night. The room was nice and clean and the staff friendly. The lobby had loud music playing which was distracting and made it hard to have a conversation. The music did not, however, float to our room. The location was nice and convenient. I would stay here again if looking for a short stay, as it was a good price for the room. "

"The standout are the staff and Collins place breakfast. Rooms were loud as you could hear others in their rooms and bathrooms. Very warm room and aircon don’t seem to work. Could hear lifts move up and down despite being a few rooms away. Bed was comfortable."

"Service was personalised and friendly, the room was neat and clean with plenty of amenities (dishwasher, over, washer and dryer, kitchen had plenty of cookware and crockery/cutlery). Very impressed, especially for the price. On site parking makes the stay even better. "
