"Clean room, quiet.for being next to the freeway."

"The hotel is nice and the staff helpful, but there were a pair of eyelashes stuck to the nightstand and candy wrappers at the edge of the bed when we first got in the room. However our biggest issue was the homeless guy banging on the upstairs railing and yelling at 330 am waking us up. We decided to pack and leave and when my husband went downstairs to put our bags in the car, a homeless guy (not sure if it was the same one that woke us up) was looking in the windows of the cars in the lot. He ran him off from our car, but not sure if he came back after we left. Definitely did not feel safe."

"There was a large cockroach in our bathroom when we arrived (that we had to kill), there was an old piece of chewing gum on the air conditioner, and the floor was dusty. When we asked them to clean our room (one of the days that we were using the pool), they said they would but never did. Overall, very tight rooms, not clean, and below average service."
