"The apartment was nice enough. It was clean and quiet. Staff was available when I had questions. However, the furniture, particularly the sofa and mattresses were not very nice at all. The master bedroom mattress had remnants of being a firm bed at one time but as since broken down and is incredibly lumpy and unsupportive. Woke up sore every morning. The pillows were also thin and uncomfortable. The sofa in the main area was slanted and lumpy, and if you attempted to stretch out, you had a bar...

"Excellent hotel, beautiful room views and good food, the only thing that I would not consider four seasons level is the concierge (specifically Karen) having her and having no concierge at all would be the same. Not up to four seasons standards. Aside from that excellent hotel"

I walked up to my room to see a dorm size space (which isn’t the end of the world) with no fridge for my waters, especially for being one of the hottest times of the year. I’ve done some research to see if all rooms were like this, which I found you’d need to upgrade your room for basic essentials when the room itself I purchased was a couple hundred as is. "If you're travels to Chicago take you to the north side, this is spot to consider. Close to just about everything, easy unload baggage, very close not-expensive parking structure 300' away, nearby restaurants and a Scottish pub around the corner with a huge single malt list. What could be better! Between the Loop and Wrigley Field."

"The front desk was helpful. The location very convenient in getting to places in Chicago. The facility and breakfast provided were also very nice. Unfortunately the house keeping was below average. They missed the scheduled in room cleaning, and even though we have asked the front desk several days in a row, they couldn't make the time. We even have to ask 2 times for toilet paper"
