In the morning I woke up sweating all over my body the room became very hot, I called to front desk that the unit is not working and she is telling me we are still in march it is cold outside, which is very ridiculous. They didn’t offer to go another room or something instead they told to check out. Very rude and horrible place to stay out , very inconvenient…"
