"Unfortunately the AC was out in our floor during an unusually warm spell in Seattle. We would not be back to the room until late so it didn’t work for us to pack and change rooms at 11pm. But rooms, amenities, staff and location were all wonderful. Be sure to check out the rooftop bar!"

"The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Polar Bar had excellent service and plenty of drinks to choose from. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Super close to the ball field and the waterfront was within walking distance as well. We would stay here again!"

"The room was super clean, it was a bit small but to be expected and the view from our room was amazing! The place was super artsy, and right across the way from the ferry. The pikes place market was about a 12 minute walk away, not too far at all. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, highly recommend . "

However, our movie night turned sour because the TV didn’t work; after two attempts at resolving the issue (mind you, it was at the end of our day in the city, PJs on, face masks on, in bed), we couldn’t watch what we wanted. "My cruise ended at 7:30 a.m. Thought I’d be homeless til check in. Was so happy a room was ready at a hotel so conveniently located in downtown Seattle within walking distance of a lot of attractions. Customer service was excellent and so friendly. Would definitely recommend Hyatt hotels! "

"The property is unique from a design, architectural perspective…. That’s the good! We arrived and had to wait 40 mins for check in, got to our room and couldn’t turn the shower on unless you get inside the shower, power for usb cables didn’t work, some lights wouldn’t turn on, no instructions for the coffee machine so water in one canister leaked everywhere, windows let light in so no blackout and the air conditioning didn’t get below 72 , so unique yes , famous name yes but aged and lacked...

"Great space with tons of character while still feeling modern and very clean. I love the ac/heat mini split, the couches, the gator statues and the free candy! I’d request the complimentary coffee be out before 9am, but noon checkout and coffee every 10 steps (Seattle!) more than compensate. I cannot wait to return to watch another concert of a lifetime (Moonchild changed me! Love love love!) and a comfortable night upstairs to rest and have a nice lazy morning after.
