Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

"This was a wonderful overnight stay in order to take in seeing Phantom of the appears just up the street at the Paramount Theatre. Come to Seattle quite a bit and this is the first time staying at the Hyatt on Olive- it will not be our last! "I started my search for hotels on Tik Tok and narrowed it to about 3. It ultimately came down to location. This was a 6 minute walk to Pile Place Market, the waterfront and the ferry to Bainbridge island, and short drive to the Space Needle. Customer service was great my room ready when I arrived around 11 am, I thought I was just going to leave my bags and get my day started until check in.
