"Room was very hot and window was internal facing so it was impossible to cool down. They brought a fan but it did little to cool the room. Wifi also unreliable. "

Only drawback was poor sound insulation. We also did not appreciate the pressure applied to leave a 15% “tip” which left us with a bad feeling. We would have left a genuine tip for the staff who were excellent, but declined to do so as a result of feeling pressurised."

"Convenient location with good restaurants and cafes nearby. The neighbourhood is walkable and the nearby parks are nice. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was fine. The bed is on the hard/firm side. Pillows were on the very light and fluffy side. Beatriz was the host and she was friendly and helpful. The place has lots of plants and decor. Different vibe than large corporate chains. You'll need WhatsApp to communicate coming and going due to the secured gate. "
