The rooms are spacious, modern, good WiFi, AC, great water shower water pressure and clean rooms. They do have a lift in the building, it’s small but at least it works. Although there is no staff on site other than the housekeeper, staff is very responsive via whatsup to anything you need. As a matter of fact, this last time I forgot an item after I checked out and they were...

"The place was right in the heart of Rome, walking distance from the Colosseum. Room was comfortable and clean. I left a pair of earrings behind and they mailed them back to me!! Very attentive and had great communication. "

"Centrally located from most of the main tourist sites, it is only about a 10-15 minute to most of them. Safe neighborhood and rooms are secure. Burger King is next door. We never had breakfast there since it was a little expensive and just ate at a local cafe instead. Staff was friendly and helpful. "
