"This is a true find in the center of Turin. I had the pleasure of staying here for a week, even though I was injured and they took such good care of me here. It’s quite peaceful somebody’s always playing piano in the Piazza every day and it’s just a lovely setting and a very clean and wonderful place to stay. There are many restaurants around and cafés and museums."

"From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. We arrived late but the receptionist took time to show local sites and amenities on the map and recommended things to do. The room was clean and large, the bed comfy and there was a little balcony for a morning coffee or after dinner drink. "I had a frustrating experience regarding our room key. The key worked perfectly the first time I entered. However, later that night when returning from dinner, it simply would not turn in the lock. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. The front office demanded a me to pay for the key replacement fee, claiming I bent the key because I "didn't know how to open the door." This logic...
