Terrible experiencia."

"Overall, the stay itself was good, and I'd come back but the service left something to be desired.
I checked in late at night, so I understood that check-in was kept to the basics. That part was fine. What stood out more was the general feeling from the staff throughout my visit: it often felt like they didn't really want to be there, and not one of them ever introduced themselves by name, so I can't single anyone out good or bad.
