"The property is located in a run-down neiborhood, in a industrial area. This area was deserted during the weekend. I didn't feed safe walking... The hotel didn't provide walking directions from the Metro station, even though I have sent them an email, confirming my reservation. The hotel is located at the top of a steep hills, and dragging a heavyweight suitcase, uphill was not easy! "I stayed at this hotel in 2018 and it was a great experience which I loved, visited the hotel 8 years later and the standards have deteriorated, it’s now operating to maximize on profits, had dinner at the hotel one Friday night and we were served cold food, have you ever tasted cold French fries? now you can imagine the standards. The staff has no control over the management, there was sewage smell in the room which was coming from the toilet which house keeping should have taken care of before...

"Hotel location is not that convenient. Not a single train station is nearby. To go to any train station, you need to catch one of the buses. Even bus stops are at around 9 minutes walk. At night, coming back from those stops on the empty roads doesn't give safe vibes. Things that I thought were good; Maintenance is great. Staff is nice, and if you arrive before your check in time they allow you to put your luggage in the storage for free. Couple of supermarkets are nearby. Overall a decent hotel...

"Your far from the center but there's a station really near. You have a big groceries store on the other side of the street, so it’s really helpful. The staff was really helpful we had a bad day and needed to take a shower and they let us even if we were there before the check in!"
