Killed a Silverfish (pest) the first night in the room (#604); found a blood strip on one of the pillow case covers when we were about to sleep! Nect day in the morning we asked the front agent if we could change to check out on the third day (2 nights) and was told "no problem at all" and he said he will make a note on our reservation. We trusted and on the third day in the morning we were checking out, the other agent said because we checked out early, we had to pay penalty for extra 2 nights. They did not care about the terrible pest issue as well as bloody pillow and just wanted to make money. They also used heavy air perfume spreading out through A/C, so we were sleeping in a toxic air. Unbelievable awful experience- stay away from this hotel if you care about honesty and health environment.
