I chose to give three stars because not everything in this hotel is bad. The staff is wonderful, understanding, and genuinely tries to help — but only if you ask, and sometimes more than once.
Be aware that if you do not specifically request to have your bed made every day, it will not be done. Also, there is a constant pump noise in the bathroom whenever the water is used, which is quite disturbing and was never addressed.
If you plan to use the parking, know that they charge you in advance but entry is actually based on availability — meaning you may pay for parking but still be denied access because there is no space. In that case, you end up parking on the street anyway.
This is my honest recommendation about the hotel. Overall, it is a nice place and I enjoyed every moment outside the hotel, but there are issues that need serious attention.
