Very clean, well maintained and the staff was very accommodating. There is ongoing construction to Ben Yehuda Street, they are installing a street car and the street is a construction zone. Noise was minimal but not what I expected to see every day. Other than that it is a great property, everything you need is steps away...including the beach.

In general, it was not bad at all, although the room itself looked bigger in the picture. The balcony is unnecessarily huge!!!!!!!!!!!!. For that kind of balcony, I would definitely add a hot tub. If I knew the room was that small, I would probably book a different, bigger room for the same/lower price

This is our second stay at The Roof. If we are lucky, we will come back again. We love that the roof. Sitting on a large balcony with the Nepresso coffee provided is a treat. Shlomi, who runs the desk, is very kind and helpful. And the price is right. Two short blocks to Frishman beach and to the promenade. If you are looking for very nice room, bathroom and kitchenette without frills this is the place. We will stay again!

Gran bella struttura in punto centrale di Tel Aviv, nostro alloggio moderno carino con tutti i comfort necessari. Wi-fi ok. Disponibilità ufficio ottima. Sicuramente un soggiorno positivo. Due consigli: la pulizia è prevista ogni 3 giorni, non consiglio giornaliera ma magari ogni 2 giorni sarebbe ottimo, noi siamo arrivati il giovedì sera e fino alla domenica, che era il giorno del check out, la stanza non è mai stata pulita. Sarebbe cosa carina inoltre avere a disposizione della struttura alcune bici da poter prendere in uso invece di doverle noleggiare dai negozi comunque presenti nelle vicinanze.

Die Unterkunft ist relativ gut gelegen, der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Bushaltestelle mit guter Anbindung zum Flughafen sind auch ums Eck. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ich habe nichts vermisst. Ein großer Balkon mit Sitzecke stand auch zur Verfügung. Leider wurden nachts auf der Ben Yehuda street gebaut, mit Oropax war die Lautstärke aber erträglich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das der Inhaber Herr Gottesman wirklich überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit war, Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Shopping oder ein Stellplatz für den Mietwagen bei allem hat mir Herr Gottesman gute Tips gegeben! Ich würde jederzeit ohne bedenken wieder buchen.

Apparthotel à Tel Aviv à recommander

Nous avons séjourné dans un studio de 25 m2 au dernier étage Terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur Tel Aviv. Notre interlocuteur local Schlomi est très efficace et disponible avec une gentillesse rare aujourd'hui. Petits bemols: Éclairage un peu sombre dans les pièces et parking inexistant dans la résidence contrairement aux indications sur le descriptif. A recommander fortement pour un séjour très agréable à Tel Aviv et une proximité exceptionnelle à la mer et des commerces aux pieds de l'apparthotel.

Отличное место, 5 минут до пляжа. Жили в номере 53, 5 этаж, вдвоем, совсем небольшой номер, но огромная (метров 40) терраса с видом на город. Больше двух человек не поместится. В номере холодильник, микроволновка, чайник. Для нас подошло идеально. Полотенца меняли каждый день, есть отдельные полотенца для пляжа. Обратите внимание на время работы офиса (ресепшена) для получения и сдачи ключей. Вай-фай отличный, напротив апартов супермаркет. Единственный минус: вся терраса ограничена стеклянными бордюрами, которые были ужасно грязные, что слегка портило вид города и лежа на кровати и сидя на крыше. Рекомендую, сами будем обязательно останавливаться в Roof by Sea Land еще не раз.

Imbarazzante! Completa delusione. Le foto non sono per nulla rappresentative della location. Immaginatevi una cameretta in cantina con finestre piccolissime collocata in un sottotetto. Da denuncia. Ho pagato 200 euro a notte. Ne vale 50-60! State lontani!!!!!

What a Great view from the extraordinary big terrace! The room was modern, clean and well equipped Even for cooking. The bathroom was also well designed and a good place to start the day right. For food and beverages (excepté tes and coffee), you have to take care of yourself. The hotel is very well situated at Ben Yehuda street so close to the center, the beach and for exemple a Supermärkte is just right across the street.

A Perfect Tel Aviv Apartment

The deluxe 1 bedroom with balcony apartment was lovely, well equipped and newly renovated and furnished. It was a perfect place to stay in Tel Aviv. The street noise was bothersome for sleeping so a unit away from street front would be preferred. We stayed in unit 1 while unit 3 and 4 at the back are likely better.
