I arrived and there was a guy inside a little room with a terrible smell giving the keys, my room was not ready but i asked him to show me a room in advance and he refused, the place looked dirty, I didn’t stay I left. They didn’t want to give me the money back. Stay away from this place. Easy to confuse the name with sea executive which is a very nice place.

This property is NOT what is shown in the pictures. Picture shows beautiful building and apartment, as apposed to the actual building which is crumbling apart. Pictures show a spacious living room area, actual is a torn armchair and dirty sofa. I would never stay here again just Arrived too late to go somewhere.

This was an absolute bait and switch. Not as advertised. We rented the Penthouse (largest and most expensive unit) for 5 nights last minute listed as the nicest unit in the building. It was an absolute dump. Views outstanding, that's it. Oven broken and stoves broken, toilet paper locked away, very few dishes/utensils (some nonexistent) but all dirty and nonclenaing supplies available. Furniture rotted and smelly. The worst though was the unbearable smell of stale cigarettes in every corner of the unit. On every wall and piece of furniture. Unliveable. But after all that there was NO ONE to contact or discuss with. The phone number provided has not been answered in 10 days. Likely because they know that renters will want to discuss issues of concerns. We left after 49 hours - it was that bad.

Fabulous find

We celebrated my birthday and slept few nights in that hotel. The room was awesome!! New, clean, beautiful with espresso machine and t.v. The bed was so comfortable!! We didn't want to wake up... The location is great,by the beach and many other attractions in Tel Aviv. I was happily surprised by this place, would recommend and definitely will be back

My Husband and I are touring Israel for the first time This boutique hotel with great charm, excellent service, very clean & comfortable is centrally located by the beach.The hotel offers free parking, a great way to travel by car around Israel from the south to the north. We liked the hotel so much that we updated our reservations to stay all the trip here and to travel from Tel Aviv.

The sea apartment Hotel was by far the best. Shai was there to assist anytime I needed help. He went above and beyond helping me resolve a Gett car service issue.Aside from the great location, the lovely rooms are modern, clean and trendy, the terrace from the room overlooking the Mediterranean Sea ,this place that feels like home. All of the staff members are warm, welcoming and caring - they treat you like family! I recommend this hotel for those traveling to Tel Aviv.

Top hotel in Tel Aviv

Very attentive service, large rooms, coffee / tea in the room, from the balcony a fantastic sea view, nothing was missing. We were also able to accommodate our rental car free in private parking. Beach towels for the Sea, good coffee machine in the room, ... We mostly ate in the suite, the market is within walking distance. If we travel to Israel again, we are guaranteed to make our quarters in the SEA!

First amazing location. Transportation to the airport passes a few blocks. Facing the sea and close to everything there is to see in Tel Aviv. The apartment very clean and perfectly decorated, overlooking the beach. It has a microwave, water heater and refrigerator. Good breakfast to start with all day. Highlights the espresso machine in room. Nice living room overlooking the sea tastefully decorated. Definitely an unbeatable option for a visit to Tel Aviv.

Wonderful stay

I frequently travel to Israel and stay in Tel Aviv, however this was my first time staying at the sea apartment Tel Aviv. I stayed on a business trip. The hotel was nice, and the staff was terrific. The hotel is very well located, at a nice area, with tons of restaurants and cool places. very close to the beach, Nice and healthy breakfast. Clearly a great choice if visiting Tel Aviv either for business or leisure. I highly recommend staying here and I would stay here again on future business trips. It’s a nice hotel and a very good value for the money.

My wife and I spent Valentines Day here and LOVED it. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was soft and relaxing. The staff at the front desk as well as in the restaurants was very kind. I definitely recommend it

3 anos e ainda é o melhor!

Ficamos uma noite, partindo às 2 da manhã para o aeroporto. Pedimos a recepção para providenciar um táxi antes de ir para a cama. O táxi estava esperando por nós quando viemos fazer o check-out! O hotel é datado, limpo e confortável. Nós não conseguimos experimentar o café da manhã como saímos muito cedo. Está localizado perto da praia, a uma curta caminhada do porto de Jaffa, do mercado de pulgas e de restaurantes. aFicará novamente

J'ai trouvé cet endroit incroyable, l'emplacement est central, les chambres sont des appartements en bord de mer avec une kitchenette - tout est propre. Cet endroit a un vrai caractère, la décoration est moderne et accueillante, comme sur la photo. Emplacement parfait, en bord de mer et à proximité de la gare routière, des taxis et des restaurants, mais si vous n'avez pas de voiture (ils ont aussi un parking gratuit) et que vous voulez un endroit à peu près le plus raisonnable que vous trouverez à Tel Aviv , cet endroit est superbe
