"This is an expensive option for a hotel with average rooms. Being kept waiting at reception on every occasion for €400 a night is also not great. The range of buffet food is exceptional and the staff are generally very pleasant and helpful. But the experience was somewhat spoiled by being thrown out of the room by the cleaner on the dot of checkout who despite not knocking and being asked to leave continued to empty bins and strip beds while we collected our things.
