"Since we were on the bottom floor the guests above us were being very disrespectful and disruptive as we were all in bed ready to sleep at 10 pm with little children after a long day being out playing in the snow. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the first floor especially if the walking noise back and forth bother you bc it was loud and bothered us. We called the front desk 2x and the guests above never answered their calls just to show what type of people they are. Eventually they went to bed...

The TV selection was very poor As far as swimming pool and hot tub, it was lightning and stormy day or night and wasn’t a good idea to go out there so spent my time in the room I had to use my own phone for entertainment because the TV had very very poor selection"

It was very dirty. it had a nasty sucker stuck to it. Had to ask for toilet paper. There was an 1/8 of a roll left in the bathroom. Didn't know at the time of booking you need to ask for a refrigerator & microwave, they had to bring it to use. Also no coffee pots in the rooms. The breakfast was terrible. "Do not stay here if you’re trying to get some sleep. Very loud! The next room over had the tv on all night and it was so loud. There was a window on top of the door that was so bright and a window on the ceiling I could hear the rain. Very noisy. Would not recommend. Blinds were dusty. Spider webs in the corners of the room. Hair in the shower"
