"Beautiful, modern and peaceful accommodation within walking distance to great local pubs and restaurants. The accommodation was great value for money, clean, comfortable and had all the necessities. "The house hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was thick dust on every surface in the bedrooms, the carpets hadn’t been hoovered, we were missing a duvet on one of the beds and we didn’t have enough towels. There was an ashtray in the garden full of cigarettes ends from the previous occupants. There’s no mirrors in the bedrooms and the bathroom mirrors have no plug sockets making it awkward for anyone using hairdryers. I would not recommend this property to anyone."

"Check in was a disaster. They didn't communicate through email any check in instructions, they use an App that I don't have or use. Once we cleared that up it took almost an hour from the time I got the the property to figure out their demands to get an expensive deposit made until I could get a code to get into the place. The management company the owner uses for check in is a disaster. Poor customer service, didn't respond to most emails. The place itself is small and basic which is fine....
