"From our room,15, the view was spectacular. I could lie in bed and see the sun setting behind Porto Venere. It's an older property but generally well maintained. Staff are like a family and will do everything they can to make your stay a good experience, as long as you are respectful. Maxes, Mario, Francescas, Petro and all the team were warm, friendly and fun. We went in spring and the jasmine was in full fragrance, so lovely. There's some nice restaurants just 50m down the road and another...

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"The hotel has the most amazing view...by far the best view in the entire Cique Terre area. The hotel has a lot good parking if you need to bring your car. The single lane road to access the hotel is a bit harrowing but there is a shuttle down to Monterosso every hour. The hotel is warm inside and the breakfast was wonderful. A gripe for us was the air conditioning or lack of. The website includes air conditioning but they will not turn it on until 27 degrees C. My wife was having hot flashes...

"We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cinque Terre. The location is excellent — just a 3–4 minute walk from the train station, making it very easy to explore the area. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always accessible whenever we needed anything. There are plenty of great dining options nearby, and the town itself is charming, lively, and very tourist-friendly. Overall, a perfect and convenient place to stay while visiting Cinque...
