"We loved this hotel. The room was lovely, though a little warm as we couldn’t get the temperature control to work. Perfectly located close to train station, museums and shops. Breakfast was amazing, we stayed in 4 hotels in Norway during our trip and this was our favourite."

"Great location, very easy access to sights and restaurants/shops. There was a strike when we visited so no housekeeping which we weren’t told. Staff at reception and the restaurant/bar were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a huge choice. The pool was closed which we weren’t told. Comfortable bed and nice smelling Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. "

"Excellent value for the money. Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable, albeit in the smaller European style. The front desk offered wine and treats, which I took advantage of. The walls between rooms seem to be a little thin, but that will bother only the most sensitive guests (kinda like me). "

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The restaurant was amazing, and the sauna and pool were exactly what I needed to unwind after a long flight. Even though I was traveling for business, I loved how central the location was—everything downtown was just a short walk away. I’d absolutely stay here again."

"Nice place but a bit on the tiny side. It would have been nice to at least have a mini fridge in the room to keep some breakfast things handy. Had problems with my electronic key and iPhone, problem was fixed by giving me a physical key fob. Hope they get this sorted before it happens to other guests with iPhones!"

"Clean and perfect location. Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a lot of options but staff were not as friendly as the front desk. Close to metro and bus stations only 10 min walking. Highly recommend staying there"

"The room was clean but mouse traps were visible on our floor (basement level). The washing machine was unavailable most of our stay, which was disappointing. The keyless entry was wonderful when it is working properly. Our initial check in was not as smooth as we would have hoped, but the helpful property management staff was able to provide us with quick answers to our questions over the phone. "Basic but clean, safe and in a beautiful location. Room had a small toilet+shower wetroom and three small beds with foam toppers, alongside a small dining table and a sofa. Small radiator did a decent job of keeping cold out, but room was only ever mildly warm. Reception very friendly and helpful; free baggage store. Nice range of cafes and bakeries nearby. "
