"3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself"

"Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Only issues were the pool areas are way over crowded so unless you are there at opening time you won’t get a space and if you do your packed in like sardines. The check in and check out process took way too long and felt complicated. The gym was great but had no AC which made it uncomfortable to train."

"Location good. It is rustic. The patina on floor tiles and stairs is wonderful to see. It is very charming with traditional shutters and feels like a special place that has seen a cosmopolitan life and celebrations and been central to it.
