"Die Lage am Ba Kao Bay war sehr gut, eine ruhigere Ecke auf Koh Phi Phi und auch das personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war unser Bungalow sehr heruntergekommen. Vor allem das Badezimmer war schlecht ausgestattet, die Toilette war nicht dicht - somit ist das Abwasser nach jeder Spülung ausgelaufen. "Beautiful relaxed place, well worth the short extra boat trip from the main resort area. Very friendly staff. Can’t fault the place. Loads of different sea creatures to see in the large shallow reef right outside the resort restaurant and bar. Also really easy to buy things, just add to your room number. Loads of boat trip options to all the famous sites too!!"

"Beautiful resort. Great staff. However the noise from the beach discos is SO LOUD that it’s impossible to sleep even with noise cancelling headphone or earbuds. It’s a shame that the government allows this. The discos are a kilometer away, and yet it’s still unbelievably loud. It would be ok if it ended at midnight. Or if they played music at a level wasn’t so damn loud that it literally shook the walls of the bungalow. If you value your experience, stay away from the area. "

"It is a beautiful hotel and has a nice view. But the staff there were not very nice at all. We didn't ask them any more questions. The way from the room to the lobby was very far and we didn't call for a car to come after us. They kept telling us to go outside and it would come right away. "Overall 3.5 stars. Ive been to 3 different hotels while in Thailand and have to say this was number 3 out of all 3. Rooms are slightly outdated, hard bed and cant shower without putting aircon on for 15 mins. Staff are ok, every other hotel gies above and beyond. 3.5 star is fair. "

"It's very uphill bungalow. Only young people can go there. Elderly people shoud not choose this hotel. There are no transportation at all in this island. Guest should arrange a carrier to bring theirs luggages from port to hotel before arrival with hotel. Simple breakfast. Just toast, instant coffee and fruit. Only one thing good is staff."
