"First issue I have with payment before stay where I need to send money through bank account cost me additional £9 pounds. Run out without the gel for shower don't know how person who cleanning hotel cam miss that 2 days in a row. Breakfast average and small portion one pan cake for lad 90kg… My wife have birthday while we stay there no notice by staff. 16 years ago in Egypt to better. Hotel 5 star but service still sitting on 4"

"The staff were so friendly and well spoken. The palace is immaculate and so clean. Easy parking right out front which was free of charge for our rental car. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant for dinner which was one of our favourite meals of the trip. The breakfast however was quite disappointing (in comparison to the calibre of our evening meals). Nothing wrong - just basic. Beautiful pool to have a lounge around with service to order drinks. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It’s a beautiful village and very picturesque - the location could not be better!"

"Best room we had over a two week holiday. Beautiful landscaping, outside patio area with flowers/garden, small swimming pool, balcony area from room, lighting at night, convenient location for market and dining. Host living on-site a definite plus. She obviously takes great pride in her role and the room/property was welcoming with great amenities, including drinks provided in kitchen fridge. We wished we could have transported this property with us for our entire time in country. Parking on site was a definite bonus. VERY steep incline road to get to room, but able to adjust to it rapidly. Our highest compliments and recommendation!"
