"The air conditioning was broken and the room was too hot to sleep. You couldn’t open the small window as it was so noisy outside. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff nice. But we didn’t sleep at all. Kids running up and down the hallways. Awful stay. "

"Nice breakfast and great facilities for a family with teenagers. Not so easy for people who don't know German as signs and information was only in German. Our sofabed was not made up and towels where missing although we booked for four persons. It was still not done for the evening as they promised. It worked out in the end thanks to the friendly night portier. The bowling area was not so clean. Pool table cues broken."

"FANTASTIC. However at bit wird when reception staff asks if we are on the right floor (penthouse)…. 🤔 …. We assume it was due to our travelling clothes however still a word feeling beeing welcomed like that… Celebration of women’s day started with a glass of champagne 🍾 for the women.. 🙏 "

"Arrived at 2 am in the morning and check-in was quick. Loved that we didn’t have to be out until noon the next day. Also loved how quiet the hotel was despite being in the middle of tourist season. Slept great and the room temperature was perfect. "
