"Unfortunately, I would not stay at this property again. The listing and pricing were misleading, and there seemed to be unexpected charges and restrictions that were not clearly communicated upfront.
This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property advertised for up to four people, yet I was charged for three “extra” people, including my 7-year-old child. I was also surprised to learn that guests were apparently not allowed.

"The entry way ( a bridge from the parking lot to the penthouse) was being repaired with unsafe flooring and gaping holes.
Elevators ( 14 Floors ) had no ventilation and was covered in mould. Building needs cleaning.
The furniture was aged, flooring horrible, cealing damaged, A filthy place with roaches, torn curtains and bed sheets. Used soap left in the bathroom to be reused.
Mould infestation all around. The facility should be closed and removed from the listing.

"This place was a disaster; it had very steep stairs that was very scary going up and down. This place isn't suitable for elderly or handicapped persons. In the photos you never see the stairs, all photos are photoshopped. The pool area was right in the middle of a construction site being built on the property, I was afraid to get in the pool for fear something might fall on me while I was in the pool. The TV never worked, poor internet connections. JUST HORRIBLE!!!"
