"We had a fantastic stay at Son Granot hotel, Miguel, Mario and Ximena and all the staff were so welcoming to us and were happy to help with anything we needed. This is a lovely b&b located just out of a small town (close enough to walk), the pool was perfect for the warm weather!! The room had everything you needed and breakfast was delicious. We also visited the restaurant at the bottom of the drive which was delicious and would recommend (Pulau). We hope to stay here again!"

"On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given. We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm. The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained. We will likely return in the future."

I didn't see any member of staff not working, they don't stop. Extremely clean as well. Huge selection of food. I have also used your sister hotel in Cala Galdana which is just as nice. "Rooms were a bit dated unfortunately and floor were not fully cleaned. The air conditioner needed a reset upon arrival and emitted a bit foul smell initially. Staff was helpful setting restaurant reservations and providing recommendations on activities. Overall the location was great given it was in the middle of the island. One improvement is all the little fees here and there for towels and coffee. Two packs of coffee for a one week stay is not enough in my opinion. Also the additional...
