"Camera Suite con ingresso in piscina diretto. Molto vecchie e con grossi interventi da fare Rubinetteria e accessori con rugine e in stato pietoso Mobili vecchi ecscoloriti. Pulizie molto deludente. Piscina con sabbia piena di mosche soprattutto a causa delle scorie che rilasciano i numerosi gatti presenti. Cibo ripetuto e fi scarsa qualità. Poi continui e ripetuti sonorizzazioni molto amplificate da oarte di una Moschea a ridosso del residenze snche alle ore 3,00 in piena notte. "

"Don’t stay at this hotel. Extremely filthy. Bathroom and shower. Cockroaches and weird bugs. The air conditioner in the room was broken and it was over 90°. They attempted to fix it for three days and it still is not fixed. Very tormenting situation. The staff are friendly and tried to help. Overall, it’s not worth the headache that you’re gonna encounter."

"I cannot fault my stay at Jewel hotel. Me and my children had the most amazing stay. The room was so spacious, all the staff were so friendly, polite and so helpful. The food at the hotel was our favourite to eat every day. The pools and outside area was so clean and everything at the hotel was managed so well by the best staff. "Helpful staff at the reception and nice clean room with comfortable bed. However for the price I paid the food was mediocre. The room door frustratingly opened only after several attempts at pushing and swipes of the key card. The beautiful palm tree surround pool had imo dangerously loud music playing for hours at a time, which significantly took away from the experience. Also, inexplicably they had set up a dart board in front of the public shower by the pool...😱 The spa had a price list...
