"As a newly built/renovated hotel, everything was clean and in good working condition. Outside the hotel is a bit sketchy and smelly. The hotel is very conveniently situated a corner away from the Jamaica train station. The JFK/Jamaica Air Train and the LIRR pass through the Jamaica station, which makes it extremely easy to get into Manhattan and back to the airport."

"My stay at Ly Hotel was superb! The room was nice and very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. There's a Chinese restaurant inside the hotel and a laundrymat connected next door in which I thought was very convenient. 100 percent will recommend and surely would stay at the Ly Hotel again!"

"Room cleaning service was great. Sound travels, I could hear people entering rooms that were several rooms away. It was nice to be able to park at the hotel although parking spaces were tight and limited to approximately 8 spaces"

"Clean rooms, drink vouchers can be used for coffee and snacks, the coffee and expresso wasn't good though. Very loud events in courtyard until 12am. Music was too loud to sleep."
