"Reception only open between 12noon and 8pm. No lift available after or before that. No hand rail on the stairs! Not disabled friendly. Our room was clean but shower door wouldn’t shut in my son’s room. Water everywhere! He also found 2 cockroaches in his room. Nowhere to put underwear etc away. Had to leave in the suitcase. There was a hanging rail for tops etc."

"Beautiful and well maintained property with friendly and helpful staff."

"Our stay at El Vicenç de la Mar was exceptional in every way! From the beautiful property and elegant design to the incredible atmosphere and attention to detail, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is absolutely stunning, and the entire experience felt luxurious, relaxing, and special. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable.

"Perfect landing after a hot and long journey. Right on the main square so the location was perfect. Caught the bus from Palma, got off in Pollença and walked maybe 300 yds. Easy to find. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend."

"Lovely hotel, amazing breakfast and staff are always happy to help."

"Nice hotel with high standards, spacious rooms, great service, a lovely pool, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!"
