"The gym was great. Not being acknowledged while watching 3 staff talk amongst themselves shifted my first impressions to zero care for my presence. I found my grounding and tried again.
Upoun entering our room with all our luggage our door cards had not been registered which ment a return to the front desk.
No explanation Was given just new cards, no words were spoken it was assumed i knew.
I get to enjoy lovely hotels all over our beutiful country and meet a wide amount of people.
