But clearly they are short on staff and on supplies - during breakfast I had to get off my chair to find someone to get me some coffee- since it was not self served. Our first night we ask for another blanket and they had none but send me a flat sheet Our beach towels were very damp because they did not have dry ones available. "The staff was great. The premises needs a severe renovation. Mold in the bathroom, hard to get ice if the kitchen isn't open (even when it is), I could see the mattress through the very thin bed sheets, lots of rust everywhere, difficult to get the TV to work, phone cord was broken (when was the last tome someone was in that room). I felt mislead based on the pictures on Expedia. "

"The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. "

Ice machine broken, bar unmanned, room service every other day, ineffective communication between room and front desk (had to use WhatsApp) no tv (had to use your personal streaming like Netflix) and when it wasn’t working, no maintenance available until 11:00 pm that night. "Clean room. Very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and willing to bring extra towels and shampoo and conditioner on request. They have golf carts and bicycles to use. 3 very clean well kept pools. Breakfast was great as a meat eater but not many vegetarian options or gluten free options. Can have more veggie filled dishes other than pastries and waffles etc. Food tasted wonderful.
