"We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a pleasant, restful stay. The front desk staff, and all staff were super nice and helpful. Our only MINOR issue was the coffee maker in the room. We appreciate having in-room coffee, of course. But this coffee maker was not very user-friendly. One attempt to brew coffee resulted in an overflow, spilling coffee everywhere. Still, a MINOR complaint, after all."

"Everything was good for the most part, but there was a coffee spill in the bathroom. There were no face towels, no hand towels, no rug for the shower. Only two bath towels in the bathroom."
