Hotel Romantis di Temecula

"Breakfast was good."

"I have stayed in many Embassy Suites hotels and this was by far the worst. The hotel layout is very confusing. Fortunately they provided a map of the facility. The first room they put us in was extremely noisy. It was between two building exit/entrances and next to an elevator. It was also next to the housekeeping laundry room. "Loved the quietness and views. The staff members are so awesome!"

"We had an excellent day. The staff were very friendly and engaging. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was nothing short of charming. we ate two meals in the restaurant that were excellent. small touches such as winetasting added to our experience. I would highly recommend."

"This was a great clean spot. Nice spacious room. My only concern was I arrived way after check in time and my room was not ready. Clerk said it was being inspected by supervisor. I was just okay with it. Then they tried to offer me a different room that was not the same. I declined and just said I can wait for my room. Not sure what the issue was in why my room was not ready. Outside of that, loved my stay. It was Halloween amd lots of people just having a good time. Thank you"
