Disgustingly dirty including towels. Nails sticking out of walls, damaged doors, bugs yuck - NO I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

Upscale neighborhood but staff is hiding behind a Security window that you can’t hear through. Room was awkward with laminate floors that made the room cold. In wall loud A/C - Heater cycled on and off most of the night to keep the room warm. Commercial ice machine in hallway barely produced any ice. Owners were very nice.

The management was so Disrespectful to me. A young girl was helping me and the whole time she spoke to me like I was a child. She gave me the worst attitude on top of everything she made it hard for me to check in knowing I had to use the restroom and had to leave my dog outside the lobby. I then was given a card to fill out my plate information she handed me the card and walk off to the back so I just filled in what I thought I was suppose to she comes from the back and starts telling me why you do this I'm like do what she was like you fill this that and I keep it so I filled another and I did that wrong to do she says what's wrong with you I'm like what's wrong with you!? You are rude and I feel very uncomfortable and not welcome so she then says well you can cancel your reservation basically saying if you don't like it you can leave smh I've never been treated that way by a front desk little girl who should be in school.. At this point I'm like you are little girl and you need to learn respect for your elders she tried going back and forth I just said ok YOUR RUDE and have a good evening.

The parking lot smelled of urine. Upon walking into the lobby to check in there was a horrible smell of food. Bed covers had cigarette burn holes, sheets smelled like smoke. The lamps on the side of the bed did not work. The hallways reek of cigarette smoke.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. The room was in unacceptable condition. The door was loose and not properly secured, raising serious safety concerns. There were visible holes and cracks in the walls that appeared to be covered with trash bags and clear tape. Several restroom items were nonfunctional, and the baseboards were separating from the walls. Due to these conditions, I did not stay even one night at this property. Management refused to change my room and also refused to issue a refund. I ultimately had to take extreme measures to recover my payment. Additionally, management and staff demonstrated very poor communication and customer service throughout the process, which made an already unpleasant situation worse. Overall, this experience was unsafe, unsanitary, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel!

First off the room was ok but holes on the walls toilet seat broken ac cover broken water came out of the faucet really slow pillows where stained TV channels sucked only got like 10 stations and most of them where news there was no coffee pot or coffee in the room and when u pay 110 dollars a night you expect at lease that.

The pictures did not match how the rooms looked in person even the lobby was different this place is horrible the example of looks can be deceiving I will never book here ever again also the service here was tube and my door would close all the way I felt unsafe but I had to stay here for the night

Room smelled like chemicals it was dirty the bathroom was dirty and the sink has a huge crack running across the bowl. We did not stay there after looking at the room we checked out prior to three o’clock.

The room had dirty looking towels and felt run down. The shower looked like it hadnt been cleaned in forever, so passed on that. At checkin the man at the front desk was extremly rude and would not take my passport as valid ID.

I had to check out a day early because it was a disgusting motel. The fridge was making loud noise didn't let me sleep. The water fountain was clogged. The rug near balcony entrance was torn. It was a horrible motel and experience. I would like my refund for Sunday night. Thanks

Better off sleeping in car then to stay here

This place is beyond run down. They have minors under 16 working there. There's paint patches through out room, carpet peeling, staples sticking out of floor and wall, tv remote had no batteries, closet door off hinge, holes in screen door. Room spells like soiled towels. The side table between the beds literally came off the wall as soon as I placed my Togo container from dinner. I noticed it was already a bit slanted when we checked into the room but didn't think it would completely come off the wall with me placing a container on it. There's minimal amount of parking. They charge too much for the place being as run down as it is. This hotel should be well under $100, even like $75 and under. I would've had a better experience at a motel 6 or something. I will never stay here again, I rather sleep in my car

The room was nothing like it was described. It was not well kept. Dirty old baseboards. It was supposedly a non smoking room and the tobacco stench was so strong I was not able to sleep and ended up with a headache. We had booked a two night stay and ended up leaving after the first night. We requested a refund for the second night, but the owner refused to refund us for the second night. Stay far away from this place.
