"I paid $250 and felt ripped off. Very plain, cheap remodal . No microwave no coffee pot no refrigerator. Cheap soap. A bad fight broke out in the night 3 times. And u can hear everything from the other rooms. Top sheet was dirty and room very stuffy. I give it a one star. Their ratings must be fake because definitely not 5 stars like most travelers said"

"Room was ok but there was a very strong and unpleasant odor in the room, which my wife and I hated. In addition, the A/C noise kept us up all night long. Needless to say, we weren't well-rested at all. We will not return for sure."

"So we reserved a room for 4 people. We only had two towels in the room. Not enough pillows, and only two rolls of toilet paper. Beds were not great, pillows horrible, then our key cards stoped working the day of check out well before check out time making it challenging to get packed and out the door. And yes the noise from the freeway traffic is annoying. Will not be staying there again."

"If your planning on staying at this property keep in mind they will change and down grade the room you paid for in advance that was confirmed a month in advance without notice or explanation! The front desk along with management need to take customer service training they are very unprofessional and no good customer service! I had booked a room a month in advance for 5 people with 2 Queen beds and a sofa pull-out bed to accommodate my family of 5 when we arrived to the property it was around...
