Excellent brand new property… hard to find, phone number in Expedia is wrong. But the hotel when found was spectacular!

Very nice, brand new hotel. Beautiful view over the lake. The restaurant on the premises is useful and very good Italian cuisine.

Brand new property which was not fully completed yet. Rooms are great, swimming pool not yet operative, great restaurant and menu. Hopefully signage will be installed so it's easier to locate.

Brand new property. Staff were great and cheerful and helpful. You could tell they were still getting organized with the functions of the oroperty. You have to register for times for breakfast and process was a bit slow but breakfast included was awesome and it was great. Pool not finished still under construction would have been nice. The taxidermied Polar Bear in lobby is hilarious. Overall i would stay again area seemed nice.

Stayed there Aug 21, 2026. Brand new, nice clean place, quiet. Very bilingual, helpful, diverse, friendly staff which was helpful for tourist clientele. Construction was still being finished when I was there. It's just off the highway, but was so new, my map had a bit of trouble finding it. It comes with breakfast but it seemed to be sit-down only, not very quick, with no grab-and-go options. I hit the road i stead and stopped at Tim's. Recommend they keep up the good work, provide breakfast on the run, and update google maps so people can find it more easily.

Property feels like it's been recently built/renovated. it was great to find full service restaurant in a chain holte targeting travellers and food was great. Breakfast served was great testing and freshly prepared instead of usual buffet style hot breakfast one encounters in hotels along the highway with scrambled eggs made from powedered eggs rather than fresh stuff. Wait staff was very friendly. there is free laundry facility and if you get a room facing in right direction, there are great waterviews. Our biggest complaint was in room heating/cooling unit was extremly noisy making fairly big clanking noises. we had to turn it off completly to ensure that we got decent sleep. When we mentioned this to front desk, we heard offhand comment that we weren't the only ones to mention this. this is only reason I am giving this place overall 3 stars instead of solid 4.5 or 5.

Staff were amazingly friendly. Very clean in all areas including guest rooms, restaurant, and common areas. Superb views if you are facing the lake. You are given coupons for breakfast and you must book a reservation with the restaurant for your preferred time. The coupon breakfast is very minimal, however you can upgrade your coupon breakfast choice by applying the coupon to any breakfast on the menu. We did that on our second stay and for about $5.00 we had an amazing breakfast. There is an interesting grill table for guests to use for the included bread bar. The hotel is still under construction at this time with the pool and other areas still to finish, but it is managed well and not disruptive at all. Google will give you some erroneous directions because it is so new, but it is still easy enough to get to the hotel as it is visible from the highway. We stayed twice and had one room with a noisey a/c heating unit and one room where it was operating properly. If you are facing the highway you get the amazing views but we experienced some highway noise, but not too off putting.

Pour tout ce qui est de l’hébergement tout a été parfait. Le personnel super gentil et accommodant. Rien de négatif à dire. Par contre pour ce qui est du déjeuner inclus, un gros manque d’organisation. Et pour la qualité du déjeuner , ce qui est inclus c’est seulement 3 choix. J’ai eu droit à une cuillère à soupe d’œuf brouillé froid, 2 tranche de bacon qui se vend en boîte qui est mis au micro-ondes qui vende en épicerie, et un peu de patates. Et Du café. Une chance qu’il y a le pain à volonté que tu fais toi même au bar à pain. J’ai demandé du ketchups et je l’ai jamais eu. Très médiocre comme déjeuner offert. Ce serait mieux d’offrir au moins un rabais et qu’ont puisse manger le menu offert du menu Pacini à la place d’un déjeuner comme ça. Sinon pour le souper j’ai mangé en salle a mangé du resto et c’était super bon.

Two major issues we had. First was getting to the property, apparently Google has not been updated and therefore takes you back on the highway instead of going on the correct road. So, a big pain when already tired from driving. Everything about check in was awesome, and we were given coupons for breakfast and told it starts at 6am. This was the second issue. Wanting to get an early start we went down for breakfast at 6:20am. The host greeted us and asked if we had a reservation. I said no, didn't realize one was required. There were approximately 4 or 5 other tables full, he pointed us to an empty table, and there we sat. No instructions. No one offered coffee or juice or showed us where to get it if it was self serve. 20 minutes with nothing, then the same host came back and said he'd be right with us. 10 minutes after that, we gave up. We got our stuff, checked out and went to Tim Hortons.

This is a new Hotel, very nice, a beautiful view & a much more reasonable than staying in Edmunston & only a short distance beyond. We booked Queen bed with shower. I'm not sure exactly what the 'with shower' means. Perhaps the otheres have tubs?? People have indicated it'd hard to find, but if you look it up beforehand it's pretty direct. We were travelling from PEI to Montreal. Take the Commercial Street exit in Temiscouata; immedicately turn right on Rue Belanger. At the stop sign turn right & take the 2nd left & you'll be there. The only little comment I would say is that the shower floor is very slippy & there is no grab bar. May be an issue for people with mobility issues. Also, no shelf for shampoo etc. They do provide shampoo etc. on the wall, but if you prefer to use your own you have to put them on the floor. A minor issue, but it's more about convenience. The breakfast was free in the Pancini restaurant with 3 options with beverages. I had scrambled eggs, bacon & fried potatoes, my husband had the pancakes which were more like crepes. All & all pretty good. You can change for additonal $$. A much different breakfast that you may have seen at other locations. We would definitely choose again. :}
