"The management was so poor. When arrived at the hotel, the owner gave me the room at the back. The room was dark due to lamp-off, then he offered another room in the front. But he requested me to pay additional Rp.30,000, I complained why ? Then he decreased it to Rp. 20,000. It's a 'take it of leave it' situation. So I paid the additional Rp.20,000.
