"Not like pictures"

"Stayed in the women’s hostel and there was no AC. 12 beds and fully booked made for incredibly hot night with little airflow."

"This property has been neglected for several years. The heater didn’t work at all and it was cold windy and raining., the smell of mildew in the office and in the bed & bathroom, The bed was completely shot. You sit on one side, your sink to the boxspring. The good news is that there’s a new manager that has the experience and patience to turn it around. I just hope that the owner has the funds to do what’s needed.. It’s very hidden and difficult to find of the I 84 E. or west The rates we’re...

"We use this hotel any time we fly."

"Comfortable. We’ll stay there again."

"Clean and very professional, great breakfast"

"The room was clean and put together well. The staff member was very nice, I arrived very late with a toddler and she made check-in as fast as possible and was very kind. Check out was easy, I was just trying to hand over my cards but someone was already being helped, and seeing that I had my hands full the man at the desk very momentarily stopped what he was doing to take my cards and went back to helping the other guest, staying professional to us both."

"Great stay! The house is well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location easy walking to charming restaurants and interesting shops. LOVED the extensive breakfast options. Friendly neighborhood."

"Staff was super friendly, it was a perfect space for my family of 5 (2 kids). Will only be staying at the Hilton suites moving forward."

"Room clean bed comfy great body products and quiet at night! All staff very pleasant and kind"

"The beds were so small that two adults couldn’t fit comfortably in them and they were like sleeping on springs. When one person rolls over, the other person bounced all over the place. There was urine down the sides of the toilet and on the floor. The staff seemed put-off by common questions. We were unable to have breakfast because it wasn’t available before 6am and we needed to leave by 5:45. The overnight parking was $20 per day and it’s $24 for the convenience of parking at the airport...

"Clean room and courteous staff. 5 minutes from the airport! Food and shopping within walking distance."

"This hotel is a solid 4 stars."
