I complained to management about this and requested transfer to another room. They granted my request immediately, the room was better and had less cockroaches. "

It is an older place with all the rooms but one on the third floor and all bathrooms on the first so keep that in mind when booking because it’s not convenient and might be an issue for older people and young children. "on first day, they did not assigned me with the right accomodations, it was not the deluxe room, but they did not give me credit for the difference. the toilet was not flushing and the hotel staff did not take appropriate measures to mitigate it and we end manually filling the tank to flush the toilet . the advettisement says the hitel reataurant is ipen daily but that was not in fact true. we had to call and check if itnis opened and out of 14 dys we stayed there , we only ate there 3 times due...

"Nice place. Enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. Some parts of the place are not yet finished, but not a big deal. Example - one empty pool. Free breakfast is adequate for a family meal."
