Numerous phone calls by me and it took 12 hours to get refund from them. In all conversations Manager never came on call and given assurance."

"My favorite place to stay in Kathmandu. Santos the Manager and Anu at the front desk are both excellent and very helpful. The 15% discount on food for the Roadhouse Cafe Restaurant is also very helpful for guests. The breakfast is delicious. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Really nice hotel, fantastic staff. Very clean. Excellent breakfast with a good range of options. Good location and generally quiet at night. The rooms are quite light at night - there’s an odd “night light” that you can’t turn off (we covered it in pillows, it’s just by the door at ground level). You also aren’t allowed to bring in any food or drink from outside at all (like nothing) or the “hotel will fine you” which seemed a bit extreme. They do provide 2 bottles of water a day though which...
