"Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. The room is extremely well equipped for self-catering and the balcony was enormous alongside having a roof top terrace, which was absolutely an added bonus, especially useful for early evenings, when the sun was going down. "Everything was excellent, we were expecting a different room but the hotel reception man was great at making us happy and we ended up with the outdoor space we wanted the next day. Thanks for a lovely stay and the stuff are all excellent."

"We’ve been staying at the Santa Barbara for many years, and have written about it before. It’s still a lovely place to stay if you want the freedom of an apartment and don’t want to be too close to the main resorts. "Absolutely spotlessly clean room cleaning staff are very helpful 👍. The staff are all very helpful nothing is to much trouble for them you have a problem it's sorted out. The whole place is spotlessly clean all the time with the ground staff. That's i will be going back and back again."

Improvement recommendations: Invite them to be more mindful of people sleeping in the morning when they push their cleaning trolleys or trolley of clean clothes as would wake us up before 8am which is not nice when on holiday."
