"Great little gem of a hotel in the middle of a very convenient location. I think the free breakfast could have had a little more selections and maybe the tvs could be upgraded to smart tvs to provide a little more viewing options for wind-down time. Other than that the property was very clean and comfortable. Also the free parking was definitely a huge bonus! I would totally recommend this hotel! "

"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room felt very outdated, and the carpet was visibly dirty with numerous stains. Additionally, there was noticeable damage in the bathroom, including a missing chunk of tile. The photos online made the hotel appear much more updated and well-maintained than what we experienced in person. "First thing, the property was nothing like it was depicted on line. It was further from Manhattan than I anticipated. Although the lobby area had apparently been upgraded, other areas needed to be addressed. The dining area seats were stained, the walls in my room had obvious signs of wall damage and were improperly repaired. There were 3 small square patches of matching wall paper to apparently conceal holes from a removed picture as well as a 3 foot square of replacement wallpaper covering...

"The room was very nice. There was a welcome message on the tv which I thought was cool. The staff could be friendlier. They were polite but not friendly. I asked about get a hotel color the city which didn’t work out and that was ok but she didn’t mention that there was a shuttle. I found that out a day later when I read the tiny paper that came with the room card. I think it shave been mentioned regardless. Also where to find hotel information through the tv. I figured that out on my third day....

"This is not a "smoke free" property. Your clothes will stink like the drugs from other guests. Despite the signage claiming the property is smoke free, the staff does not take this problem seriously. For the past week, they let the guy below me smoke weed all night. It's so bad it wakes me up. I've even seen housekeeping on his floor while the hallway reeked of his smoke, and they didn't do anything! I called the front desk twice about him hot boxing my bathroom and they don't care. Beware if...
