"Bed marees and pillows need an upgrade"

"The property is amazing with a lot to do. The major problem we had was with management. Over promising and under delivering. The shuttle were supposed to come every half hour but my family and others were waiting close to 45-60 mins. We had to call multiple times just to get someone to pick us up. There is a text service that is absolutely useless. Every time we called the front desk it would take 15-20 mins just to get an answer. The rooms were nice but we had a really bad ant problem and needed to be called three times to take care of. Most of the staff were helpful but the management was horrible. More issues than worth writing out."

"All good. The pool was closed(we went to Harrahs 15 minutes down the road on a free pool pass) Room was great. 10th floor, great view. Really a good place to stay."

"I chose this motel from the ratings. The room was fine, as expected from this price point but I did not expect the road noise to be so loud. It is right off the I15 but also next to a Harley Davidson store and the motorcycles at all hours were awful and really loud. Bring earplugs!"

"A great place for families. Very large suites. It is a beautiful location. It could benefit from some minor upgrades of the furniture in the room and the lobby. Nice restaurant and bar too."

"Excellent location! Property was clean and amenities were great! Room was very big and had microwave and refrigerator and large balcony with comfy chairs. Breakfast was included and had hot options as well as standard continental. We will definitely be back and would recommend this property to friends and family."

"Check in was great! The bar staff and bar tender were excellent. But the prices are quite high. The room had an amazing view!! I wish the shower had a body sprayer, but the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff at checkout was not very friendly and seemed put out that we wanted to store our luggage for a couple of hours. But the valet was great and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay!"
