"Another resort property that has been upgraded with new room and bathroom fixtures but still not quite 4- or 5-star level. Shooting for a boutique feel but not quite there. The amenities, like free breakfast., were a nice touch but not quite up to even a Holiday Inn standard but not for lack of trying. Being close to the beach was a big plus and parking on the property was free and plentiful. All in all, good value for the price and location. But have to give a shoutout to the Jacob and Adiranna who went beyond the call of duty to help us. When I returned home, I discovered that I had left an expensive gold watch in my room safe. They answered our urgent call for help right away. Searched the room and recovered my watch. Then they organized getting it shipped to me via UPS. Can't say enough about their integrity and honesty. Bravo!"

"AThe room was dirty, wall unit came off the wall nails exposed, picture frame on the ground and nails exposed, spiders and webs everywhere. Couldnt use our patio furniture because they were covered in spiders and dirty, hotel does not offers free water, tea, or coffee, had several nights where they was no parking even though we paid $45 a night for parking, they charges my card multiple times even though I paid cash up front, front staff was not nice and one even rolled her eyes several times after I asked for the manager, spiders in the bathroom, towels and toilet paper was not stocked, we had to ask for some, drawers were filthy dirty, including the fridge. The only person that gave amazing customer service and was so sweet was the lady that served us breakfast in the morning. Food was good."
