"Superb hotel, great location for ourselves, 3rd time visiting and we love this hotel. Room was lovely and clean, we chose to overlook the pool area. Breakfast is outstanding, probably the best you can get. Staff and housekeeping are are great, super professional. I’d highly highly recommend this hotel, we couldn’t fault it."

"Nice location with beautiful views and easy access to the beach and town. The hotel was pleasant overall, but an important heads-up for future guests: the rooms do NOT have air conditioning. This was not clear to us at the time of booking and significantly affected our comfort. I recommend confirming this before booking, especially during the warmer months."

"Fantastic stay in the center of Santa Cruz. We were traveling with a 3 month old so the small kitchen was a great perk. The staff is very thoughtful and had the room prepared with a crib and baby chair. The rooms were airy and light. I would absolutely stay here again."

"We have returned to the Abama to celebrate our anniversary. We have had a wonderful stay and have received nothing but exceptional service in all departments. A special mention to Fran and Isabelle who recovered my husband’s luggage with his medication as the wrong case was off loaded. Sorted out clothes for him and collected the case on our behalf from the airport. On our arrival cava and a sumptuous cake awaited us in our room.
