"CONS: The air conditioner in our room did not work. When my husband tried to call, the phone was not working either. He went down to the front desk to make them aware of the AC. A maintenance person was sent quickly and he was able to get the AC going. My husband asked him about the phone, and he stated the phone system was down. "It was perfect! From the moment we checked in, it felt like home. It was great to be able to have been able to check in freshen up and go to a concert at Red Rock ans drive back and crash out on to a comfortable bed. Will stay here again for next concert. "
