"Wonderful historic resort. Scenic location with incredible views. Outdoor seating patio, pool, restaurant, grounds and lodge all added to the incredible experience. Helpful and very friendly staff. Close to town, good hiking and near Rocky Mountain Park. Highly recommended. But, if you are a larger person, you are warned that the showers in the cabins are very small. I enjoyed the ambience of the design and finishes in the cabins. oh, and delicious free coffee/tea in the lobby in the morning!...

"To start, excellent location, our room was backed up to the river, it was so relaxing to sit out back and listen to the water. There was a towel swan in the bathroom, and fancy linen and paper product origami in the bathroom.
