"The hotel was overall very good and met our expectations. The location is excellent—very convenient and easy to get around quickly. However, the check-in experience was not the best. The staff member who assisted me had an attitude, and the service felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. Aside from that, everything else at the hotel was great. With a more positive and professional front desk experience, it would have been a perfect stay."
